1. How to buy?

TEILE.COM offers more than 200,000 genuine Porsche parts and accessories. Purchases are here easy and secure, and most importantly - to make them you don't even need to leave the house.

Parts and accessories can be ordered in several ways:

  • independent purchasing on the website store. If you enter the car VIN number, we also check the correctness of the choice.
  • Send your request by mail or fax. Please send photos, parts list, car VIN. Our specialists will prepare a written offer marked with an individual number. In this case the offer / order, please contact your dealer, who prepared it.
  • Come to our direct sales office and buy (or order) part with the help of our specialist. Please make an appointment in advance to confirm the date and availability of parts.

 

2. Do I have to log in to your store?

There is no need to log in, you can order parts and accessories without authentication.

 

3. Can I order by the phone?

Unfortunately, in order to ensure high quality of service (delivery of the correct parts) we do not accept orders by phone. Please send your inquiries and orders in writing (email or fax). Written contracts give you greater assurance that all information is complete and correct. Please understand.

 

4. Are these genuine Porsche parts?

Yes, we sell only genuine Porsche parts, new and used.

 

5. How to find the part you need?

You can search for parts of the following ways:

Shop By Model Select product group / selection of parts
Through search engine Over the car selection menu there is a search engine. Enter the name or number of the Porsche.
Question to the sales department Send e-mail or fax with a list of required parts, or photographs of the damaged car and the car's VIN number. Our specialists will prepare you offer with a properly fitting parts.

 

6. Are the part numbers the same as those of the original parts?

Not always. For many of the original parts are the same numbers as the numbers Porsche, but many of the original part number is similar or very different. Some parts are not numbered Porsche. Many part numbers Porsche is changing, the reason may be a change of supplier (manufacturer of components), change in the packaging (eg carton safer) or technical modification.
If you can not find the part number, please send a photo and description of the parts (and VIN). Our vendor will send you an offer for the correct parts.

 

7. How do I know the location of the parts - the left side and the right?

L – indicates the left side which is the European version of the driver (or passenger version in GB),
R – - is the right side, the passenger version. European (or driver version in GB).

 

8. Can I order the car parts in the color of my car?

On request we can varnish the parts in our professional painting workshop, at a reasonable price.

9. Can you install the ordered parts?

Yes, it is possible to install of spare parts and accessories in our workshop. Please book in advance appointment.

10. Will the ordered parts fit my car?

When you submit your order or inquiry, please provide the car VIN number. In this way we will be able to verify the correctness of the choice and you will avoid unnecessary exchange or refund the product.

 

11. Are the Porsche Tequipment accessories supplied with documentation to register (TÜV / Porsche FREIGABE)?

12. Do you offer wheels and tires which are marked Porsche (eg N0)?

Yes, offered sets of wheels (and tires) for summer, winter and multigrade seasons comply with the technical recommendations Porsche. The size, capacity, speed index and the corresponding approval of tires N0, N1, N2, N3, N4.

 

13. Can you buy my parts as part of the settlement?

Yes, we will be happy to buy back your parts, both new and used. Please send a list and pictures of parts which you have to offer and the proposed prices.

14. Can I exchange my wheels for the wheels selected in TEILE.COM shop?

Yes, please send pictures and description of your wheels (model, name, condition, profile tires) and a description / number of wheels that want you to buy with us.
We will prepare an exchange offer.
You can also change the wheels in our workshop (please confirm the date).
Wheels can also be delivered to your choice of a workshop to exchange in previously agreed date.

 

15. Can I negotiate the price?

Parts are sold at great prices. Most of our prices already include a discount on the prices suggested by Porsche AG.
In justified cases (eg large order, pick up on your own) price negotiation is possible. If you think you should get an additional discount, please write about it to the vendors before ordering.

 

16. Can I buy the parts in net prices (excluding VAT)?

You can purchase without the VAT (0% tax bill) by foreign companies from the European Union and for export (outside the EU).
If you want to buy without the VAT when ordering please specify the exact address of the company and a European VAT number (eg Germany DE + 9 digits, Austria number 'ATU').
Note:
when you shop at net prices it is required to pick up on your own or delivery by our transport or shipping company at the customer's address. In such cases, we cannot deliver goods to an address other than specified on the account.

 

17. Can German companies buy parts in net prices (excluding VAT)?

Yes, the German holding company, Ust.-Ident.-No. (Umsatzsteuernummer, DE 9 digits) can buy parts in the net prices in our Polish shop.
Our German company gives German companies bills containing 19% VAT., Net sales is only possible for foreign companies.

Note:

Not all German companies have Ust.-Ident.-No., and Steuernummer does not entitle you to shop at net prices. Companies with only Steuernummer can ask your Tax Office to grant them Ust.-Ident.-No.

 

18. What are the possible ways of delivery?

Methods of delivery of ordered parts and accessories:

  • Self-acceptance,
  • Courier (DHL or other shipping),
  • Delivery by our transport (Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria).

19. Do you supply parts to other continents?

Yes, parts and accessories are shipped every day all over the world.
We have over 30,000 customers in Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Australia and Africa.
Major export orders is realized in net prices (excluding VAT).

 

20. How can I pay?

21. Can I pay by credit card or debit card?

Yes, payment by credit card, debit card or online is possible through PayPal, without disclosing their financial information vendor, for more information: paypal.com, dotpay.pl.

 

22. What is the delivery time?

Ordered parts and accessories we try to send as soon as possible. Many parts are shipped in the same day or the next working day.
Delivery time depends on our inventory and the selected method of delivery.

When purchasing

 

1. Where is my package?

Goods are shipped via DHL or other reputable freight forwarders.
Current information about where at any given time is sent packet can be checked on the website of shipping company, after entering the tracking number in the monitoring packages.
Waybill number can be found in your confirmation SMS and e-mail sent from our warehouse.
DHL provides a national delivery usually within 1-2 working days from the time of posting.

 

2. What is the delivery time for international shipments?

3. On what account number should I send a transfer?

Account number, which you need to pay for the ordered parts if you choose this method of payment you will receive from our vendor to your email address.
Please transfer money to the proper account, depending on the currency and serving you departament!

 

4. Did I order the correct part?

Please provide VIN car. This will allow us to validate the selection of the parts ordered.

 

After purchasing

 

1. Can you send duplicate of the invoice?

Yes

 

2. Is it possible to change the data on the invoice?

Yes, to make a correction of invoice, please contact by e-mail with the person which prepared an offer for You.

 

3. Is it possible to return the part if it doesn't fit my car?

Yes, it is possible to return or exchange for purchases by 'consumers'.
Please consider your purchase and the administration of the VIN number to avoid returns and return.
Returns from companies and institutions (which are not 'consumers') will be possible only in justified cases!

4. How will you give the money back?
